We are a Tallahassee based investment company that purchases single-family and multi-family homes from sellers who want to sell their property quickly, with no fees or commissions, in its as-is condition. As investing professionals, we have many different ways of buying and selling real estate that allow us to find creative solutions where need be. We buy properties from people in all types of situations every month. We can pay all closing costs and we can close in 9 days or less.
We also sell real estate. We sell fully renovated properties, fixer-upers, and we provide lease-purchase properties.

Our mission is to use our skills and knowledge of real estate to help people and to make a fair return for our efforts. We aim to help people on both sides of the real estate transaction. To house sellers we pledge to offer a fast, hassle free alternative to selling real estate the traditional way, and to provide creative solutions where needed. To our investor-buyers we aim to provide quality investment opportunities that meet their investment goals. To our lease-purchase buyers we aim to create the opportunity of home ownership and to help those who want to help themselves. And finally, our mission to be of service to our community as a whole. We aim to help make a difference in people’s lives through our work, through our community service work, and with our lives in general.
About Chris Connell
Chris Connell grew up in South Georgia and moved to Tallahassee as an adolescent where he attended Leon High School.
While at Leon, Chris was one of 51 national recipients of the Horatio Alger National Scholarship awarded for Overcoming adversity and showing diligence and persistence in becoming a future leader of America.
Later Chris would get a BS in Advertising and Psychology from Florida State University.
Chris began his real estate investment career in 1998 and obtained his real estate license in 2001 for the sake of continued education.
While working in advertising he continued to sharpen his skills buying and selling multiple houses in his spare time. In 2005 Second Chance Real Estate, LLC became his full time venture. Since that time the company has helped dozens of Tallahasseeans through the house buying service, the lease purchase program, and creating new housing for renters by fixing up multiple abandoned properties and putting them back into the market for use.
Chris is also active in the community through different organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Big Bend and Florida State University.
